Job Title: Legal HR and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Liverpool Street, London

Salary: £40,000 + Benefits

Major American law firm are looking for an HR and Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their busy London team. This is a generalist role and will involve overseeing the graduate recruitment programme and running vacation schemes, training, learning and development, CPD, and ad hoc HR projects.

A selection of responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating graduate recruitment events and liaising and building relationships with universities
  • Running vacation schemes
  • Organising training including booking courses, booking venues and meetings rooms, arranging speakers and organising invitations
  • Overseeing the graduate recruitment programme
  • Coordinating L&D activities
  • Making offers to successful candidates and handling the on boarding process
  • Assisting the HR team with all requirements

It is essential that you have at least 12 months experience in a legal HR team – experience within another law firm is essential. It is also necessary to have had some exposure to graduate recruitment as this will be a large part of the role. Exceptional communication skills, very strong attention to detail and the ability to develop strong working relationships are also essential.

This role is ideal for someone who has either been dealing with graduate recruitment in another law firm looking for a more generalist role, or a legal HR generalist looking for more responsibility in a smaller team. Beautiful offices, excellent benefits and a fantastic environment.

McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
