CORPORATE ASSOCIATE FOR DUBAI

Long established and highly successful legal practice in an amazing  Dubai location aims to appoint a talented Corporate  Associate.

Applications are invited from Corporate Associates with a good track record in transactional work with real hands on M&A, Joint Ventures and Corporate restructures expertise. The ideal candidate will also have a broad understanding of commercial contracts, ideally for a good spectrum of clients. With regards to level it is thought that a Corporate Associate with less than 4yrs Post Qualification Experience would struggle to have the breadth of expertise that the case load and indeed the clients require.

With regard to Qualification this firm is ideally looking to recruit a UK or similar jurisdiction admitted solicitor and as ever with regard to yrs PQE, this is clearly this is a guide and if you think you have the required expertise for this very interesting corporate law role then please submit your details.

Corporate Associates with experience of working in the UAE, or with UAE Clients will be of interest, but this is by no means a prerequisite.
