A Conveyancer is required to join a Property team who possess outstanding local knowledge and are driven by maintaining their reputation for excellence in the marketplace. Based in Lincoln, this Residential Conveyancing opportunity is offered full-time on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities of your new role

Joining an experienced and talented department, the successful Conveyancer will be happy to handle a varied caseload of work including:

• Sales and purchase
• Freehold and leasehold residential property
• Lease extensions
• Surrenders
• New build
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of title

Additionally, the firm expects their new Residential Conveyancer to be proactive and willing to contribute to business development in line with business plans and assist colleagues daily.

Candidate requirements

In your application to this Conveyancing role you should demonstrate:

• Strong technical expertise
• High levels of organisation, excellent communications skills and very well presented
• Desire to make your next career move within conveyancing
• Experience of working to deadlines, handling transactions, keeping clients fully informed and guiding them through the process

Applications from relocators will be considered, however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the North Lincolnshire area.

Benefits

The successful Conveyancer will be offered £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus competitive benefits and excellent career opportunities.
