An ambitious Property Solicitor is sought to join an industry leading Real Estate Department in the heart of Liverpool city centre. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this newly created Property Solicitor role comes as the department undergoes successful development, continues to win new clients and generates new business plans.
Responsibilities of your new role
The successful Solicitor will take on a caseload covering both Commercial Property and Residential Property files, advising a highly regarded client base on matters such as:
- Leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Secured borrowing/lending
- Residential developments
Candidate requirements
To be considered for this Property Solicitor role you must demonstrate:
- 2-5 years of PQE
- Broad experience in Commercial Property and/or Residential Property
- Experience gained with a comparable firm
- Exposure to a diverse range of instructions
