Corporate Solicitor - NQ-2 PQE

CORPORATE SOLICITOR (NQ - 2 PQE) | GUILDFORD | LEGAL 500

I am working with a firm in Guildford who have one of the best corporate practices outside of London, with many partners having come from the City. They are looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their expanding team which is rated in the top tiers of both Chambers and Legal 500.

The role is interesting and carries a varied caseload including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, accelerated M & A, restructuring and insolvency. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses. The firm also has a strong international presence.

You will be a Solicitor with strong corporate experience having trained with a major City or leading national/regional practice. Experience will include general corporate advisory, fundraising and equity and capital markets. NQ Solicitors will be considered for this position if they have demonstrable exposure to high quality work.
