The Role

The firm is looking to hire a Family Senior Associate / Partner to join their expanding team, based in the centre of Reading, Berkshire.
You will lead the department, working with the other Partners to drive this team forwards. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department.

The range of Family work will range from; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, financial proceedings relating to divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships, all private children issues, including financial applications (Schedule 1), prenuptial agreements and pre-civil-partner agreements, advice for unmarried families, international aspects of separation and divorce, domestic violence and protection from abuse, and injunctions.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Experience of managing a team, is to advantage but not essential
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus a good benefits package
