BASED IN BRISTOL - DEALING WITH THE LONDON MARKET -

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, who has worked within the Legal or similar Professional sector, to join this specialist and extremely successful Legal Recruitment Agency in a great location in Queen Square, Bristol.

This growing Bristol based consultancy, operating nationally and has developed a strong and respected brand. We work on a very bespoke client relationship with top quality candidates. This is very much a quality rather than quantity operation, with a very supportive team atmosphere and there is a very healthy existing client and candidate database ready for the new recruit to continue to develop.

We are seeking a special person, with a good grounding in recruitment, who is highly motivated and has the confidence to deal in a thoroughly professional manner with leading Solicitors and Lawyers, regionally, nationally and internationally. We are rapidly developing the London market in particular and we are on the PSL for a wide range of international Silver Circle and Magic Circle law firms.

You should be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with others, with strong verbal and written communication skills. You should have a good level of Academics to Degree level although a Degree is not essential. You should be competent with Word, Excel and Case Management usage and general IT matters.

Because we need a special person, we are offering a solid basic Salary plus uncapped Commission, which has huge potential, especially in the London market. You will be joining the firm at an excellent stage in its development and this growth can well bring potential career development for the right person.

The role would ideally suit applicants with a law Degree or approaching this standard. You should also have an extremely outgoing personality. You will need to have the ability and confidence to form warm and professional relationships with Clients of important law firms up to Partner level.
