A leading top tier insurance firm is on the lookout for an experienced Fraud Solicitor to join their successful team in the heart of Manchester.
About the Role
As the appointed Fraud Solicitor, your role will involve the following:
- Managing a highly varied caseload ranging from a £3K whiplash injury to £200K hire claims
- Dealing with the fraud files from inception through to litigation and/or completion
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Lawyer who can demonstrate:
- Recent and proven Fraud experience, ideally gained within an Insurance firm
- A defendant litigation background with prior experience of defending litigated causation disputes (also considered)
- The ability to manage a varied caseload of files
- The ability to work well within a busy team
