JDI Legal - North East legal recruitment specialists are currently instructed on a brand new vacancy to recruit a bright and motivated lawyer NQ-4PQE with a background in commercial litigation to join a specialist and dedicated team with an emphasis on Intellectual Property work.
My clients are one of the biggest IP Teams and have an impressive national client base which ultimately offers a quality and diverse caseload including High Court litigation, Soft IP, Copyright and Trademarks, Patents, Litigation in the Chancery Division, Defamation etc.
The nature of the work is quite specialist and therefore the Directors aren't expecting for applicants to have a wealth of experience in this area but the criteria definitely consists of high academics, a strong Dispute Resolution background and a genuine interest in Intellectual Property work with a view to advising a range of commercial clients on their needs.
Business development will of course be necessary as the firm regularly attend national tradeshows.
