A unique opportunity has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a specialist corporate management division of a Legal 500 recognised firm. This Doncaster based role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
The Role
The appointed Solicitor will be joining a leading property management team, dealing with a vast array contentious and non-contentious matters to include:
- Recovering service charges
- Enforcement
- Providing advice
- Forfeiture
- High Court matters
- General management
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Property Litigation Lawyer will have:
- 0-3 years’ PQE
- Completed seats in general practice including civil litigation
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
