Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a great local authority based in South Wales. In return our client can offer a flexible working pattern, including 1 day from home with the strong possibility of this being increased.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be able to 'hit the ground running' and be able to pick up a varied caseload of commercial property matters which may include:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Transfers
  • Granting and taking of new leases and lease renewals
  • Licences
  • Providing ad hoc property advice as raised by client departments

This full time lawyer position will begin on an initial 3 month basis, with the strong possibility of this being extended.
