This Top 100 firm are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join a leading UK law firm which provides high quality legal advice for clients ranging from private individuals to multi-national corporations and financial institutions. The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Solicitor into their office in the heart of Oxford.

You will work on a variety of Property Litigation matters to aid with your broad technical understanding backed up with your practical experience. The dedicated Property Litigation team advise on matters including, but not limited to, block management, party walls, rights of way, professional negligence, commercial leases and dilapidations.

The firm are particularly known for their specialist knowledge in Landlord & Tenant issues which can often be cross-jurisdictional. The clients range from investment firms with large portfolios, to private individuals and charities so you will find the work & clients have depth & diversity.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate 1-4 years PQE to join this Top 100 firm as a Property Litigation specialist.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE
• You will receive excellent training and supervision
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities for the department
