Coordinator / Administrator (Marketing and Events)

A great full time opportunity for full time coordinator/administrator to join a busy and friendly admin team in their Wareham office.

The Role:

Reporting to the Practice Manager within the Admin Team, the position will involve:

• coordinating marketing events
• processing marketing administration
• ordering marketing materials
• managing emails
• attending meetings, taking minutes
• keeping systems updated
• Looking after the company intranet

The Candidate:

This stand-alone role would suit someone who is self-motivated and can work on their own initiative.  You will need to have good attention to detail, and excellent administration and communication skills.  It would be advantageous if you have worked in a similar role.
