The Role:

The firm offers a full range of property services for a variety of clients across the Thames Valley and the South East.

This role focuses on residential conveyancing as part of the Plots & Residential Conveyancing team but at busy times will also need to be involved in new build plot sales work.

The Residential Property team property work with both private individuals and large-scale developers so the candidate will preferably be experienced in part exchange property transactions, government/developer incentive schemes, a knowledge of planning and development i. s etc.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive 5+ years PQE
• You will preferably have experience in the areas listed above
• A committed team player who is determined and good at communicating
• Able to keep to tight deadlines & timetables
• Willing to contribute to the team efforts to develop the department
• Confidence is dealing with a range of stakeholders including HNW individuals
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable dependant on level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
