Plot Sales Paralegal

Our client is seeking an Plot Sales Paralegal. You will be working closely with department manager to develop and grow the plot sales team.

The desirable candidate will have Residential Conveyancing experience and Plot Sale experience. Day to day you will be expected to carry out a number of tasks from file opening through to issuing of the sales pack and sending files for closure. You will be expected to carry out a number of other tasks such as chasing plot puchasers' solicitors, keeping records up to date in a timely manner. This is a role where you will gain valuable experience and be able to be part of a new growing team.
