Our client is a well-known City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international blue-chips clients. The Planning Team (embedded in the broader Real Estate Group) is looking for a paralegal with previous commercial planning experience to assist an increasingly busy department. The team has expertise in numerous matters including:
- handling major regeneration development schemes
- drafting and negotiating planning agreements, both on behalf of landowners and developers as well as for local planning authorities.
- provides planning advice at all levels to a broad and unusual range of clients.
- strategic advice to institutional investors looking to bring planning benefits over the long term;
- stand alone planning agreement drafting for repeat clients of the firm.
You must have excellent academics (LPC, 2.1, ABB) and at least 12 months commercial planning experience in a comparable top -tier firm. You must also have excellent interperonals skills. This is a great opportunity to use existing planning experience to secure fascinating role with top City player.
