A dynamic and driven Business Development Assistant is wanted for a rewarding Leeds based role with a highly regarded top 50 national law firm. Applications are invited from recent graduates who have some experience in Business Development/Marketing who are looking to start a career in Business Development. The successful Private Client Business Development Assistant will be supporting the BD Manager in generating leads, sales and new client relationships. Other duties will include; Maintaining current relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent account management; Setting up meetings, planning and preparing presentations and proposals for business development; Achieving the departments KPI`s; Organising, and delivering company events ; Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project; Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently; Researching local events. Full training and support will be provided to aid rapid professional development.

Applications are invited from candidates who have business development experience within a law firm or recent graduates looking to kickstart their career. Graduates must have some BD or marketing experience from a previous role. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, excellent organisational and project management skills and have a creative flare, with a desire to make an impact.
