The Role

This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this market leading firm in Reading, Berkshire.

The Team offers a full range of property services for a variety of clients across the Thames Valley and the South East.

The work that the wider team involve themselves in, includes advising on general commercial property transactions, development, secured lending, planning, construction and residential conveyancing. The Team also supports the Firm's Corporate Team.

This particular role has a Development focus, as such, experience in that area of real estate is the primary focus, however, if you have a strong background in other aspects of real estate and are looking for better exposure to this kind of work, please do still apply.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor ideally with 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will ideally have Development experience
• You will have dealt with quality work, working alongside a strong team
• Based in Reading, Berkshire
