Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate - Renewable Energy
Home based + regular team meetings
An exceptional opportunity for a Corporate / Commercial Lawyer to join a rapidly expanding international energy company.
Reporting into the General Counsel you will take the lead on corporate transactions both in the UK and internationally (These will be high value although fairly simple in nature.) In addition you will take on a wider commercial role supporting the business day to day with a wide range of legal matters.
You may currently be working in-house or within private practice either way you will have a good grounding in corporate or corporate / commercial work and in return you will be offered an excellent platform to develop you career in-house.
