My client, a leading national healthcare team, is seeking to recruit an experienced medical negligence specialist to administer a caseload of complex multi-track defendant disputes, largely acting on behalf of the NHS-R. This clinical negligence associate solicitor role would be based at the Birmingham office.
You will ideally come from a background in defendant medical negligence work with a similarly highly regarded firm and understand the protocols involved in reporting to a client such as the NHS-R.
You will be able to advise on a range of complex multi-track healthcare negligence matters and, as the role may offer the opportunity to be involved with them, some experience in inquests and healthcare advisory work would be desirable.
The team is committed to this work and has a long-standing history for representing healthcare clients, local authorities and private healthcare providers. Therefore, this would be a great team to work within and one that fosters a collaborative and team working ethos.
