Our client is looking to appoint a Real Estate NQ into their leading Real Estate team based in Manchester. You will have the opportunity to work on high value varied Real Estate projects both locally and nationally

The client is regarded as one of the leading Real Estate teams in the North and they have a large team based in Manchester. They are a modern legal firm that can offer good rates of pay and agile working.
Description
As the Real Estate NQ you will work closely with the Partners and other lawyers. You will advise well known clients across various sectors on development, landlord and tenant, investment and occupier work. Typically the team deal with large Real Estate transactions and you will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base.
Profile
You will be a trainee looking to specialise in Real Estate on qualification. You must have strong academics but the firm is open on where candidates have trained as long as they can show ties to Manchester. They will also consider Real Estate NQ who have already qualified
