The fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced civil & commercial litigation solicitor to join a long established, Legal 500 firm in Colchester.
The firm has a strong Litigation Department which is highly regarded for its work, so the successful individual must be experienced in dealing with a wide variety of civil and commercial matters, including contractual disputes, property disputes, professional negligence, contentious probate and insolvency.
You must be a confident advocate and will have represented clients at the County Courts, High Court and all other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
