Residential Property Solicitor - Well Established Law Firm - West Sussex Residential Property Solicitor - 4years+PQE A rare opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a well established law firm in West Sussex This law firm are a traditional practice, providing a bespoke service across a range of disciplines to include residential property, family and private client. Situated on the Hampshire, West Sussex border they have a fantastic reputation for the work that they do and have been practicing for decades across the region. Due to their success and organic growth they have a need in their Residential Property department Solicitor to work alongside and assist the Partner on their workload. You will need to be at least four years PQE up to a more senior level and have experience in managing your own caseload of Residential Property matters. The work will be wide-ranging and will include Sales and Purchases, Re-Mortgages, Transfers of Equity, freehold and leasehold and new builds. You will be supported by the Partner in the team, but must be able to deal with matters with minimal supervision. The team are looking for someone who is focused, determined and for someone who is able to prioritise their work load effectively. The firm have long standing relationships with local estate agents and there is a steady flow of work coming into the department.
