An interim Funds Lawyer is required to cover a maternity contract for a large asset management house base in Edinburgh.
About the Role
The Funds Lawyer will be joining an established team of 12 lawyers, working on matters which are likely to include:
- Asset management M&A
- Fund establishment
- Institutional investment into funds
- Commercial contract work
- Regulatory matters
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a Funds Lawyer able to demonstrate the following:
- 5-10 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in contracts and funds
- Previous experience working for a business which has gone through an acquisition (beneficial)
- A flexible, hardworking approach
On Offer
The Funds Lawyer will be rewarded with a salary of £80,000 per annum.
