This real estate solicitor position is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the largest teams of rural lawyers in the country.
This is your chance to work for a long established Legal 500 firm based in Newcastle that has developed plenty of significant long-term relationships, acting for some of the largest private landowners in the country.
It is, however, the personal touch from this close-knit team that has enabled them to not just maintain key relationships, but also develop the business even further and thrive. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills from some of the top lawyers in the field.
This real estate vacancy is within the agricultural team and you will be providing advice to clients with a range of agricultural properties. You will be supporting landowner clients buy and sell properties, promote land for development, manage rural assets, tenancy issues, rural borrowers and green energy schemes.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified lawyer with experience handling quality real estate matters. Prior handling of agriculture files is not a necessity but would be extremely desirable. You will need to be commercially focused, with a desire to build long lasting relationships and have excellent drafting skills.
