Regulatory Legal Assistant

LAW Absolute are working with a leading practice who are seeking a Regulatory Legal Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. This role requires an immediate start.

The duties you will be involved in include but are not limited to:

• Liaising and speaking with witnesses drafting statements,
• Obtaining documentary evidence,
• Drafting case summaries,
• Preparing bundles for hearings.

To apply you must have at least a 2.1 at degree level and ideally have completed the LPC. Experience within Regulatory / Professional Discipline law and experience of taking and preparing witness statements is highly desirable.
