A Global Investment Bank requires a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave, to work on MiFID II, SFTR, EMIR/EMIR Refit and Brexit projects.
Role:
- This is a maternity cover for a Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer;
- You will be working on: MiFID II, SFTR, EMIR/EMIR Refit and Brexit projects;
- The position will start in September time;
- You will be providing advice to and working closely with senior stakeholders in the bank;
- You will have a key role in regulatory strategy planning and implementation for regulations, especially relating to MIFID 2 and Brexit;
- There will be good work/life balance in the role.
Qualifications:
- You will be a Qualified Solicitor with experience in Financial Services Regulatory Law;
- You will have worked In-House previously, as an employee, contractor or on secondment;
- You will be available to start in September;
- You will be a strong communicator and commercially-minded;
- You will be 3+PQE and there is no upper limit (other levels will be considered).
