Pro-Legal are currently working with a leading US firm, who are looking for a strong junior-mid level Restructuring Lawyer to join their growing London team.

This team has a close-knit feel and Associates have a very high level of client contact. This role would suit an ambitious Associate who is looking to be a key member of the team. As such, our client is looking for someone who is comfortable with a client facing role.

This client has been growing steadily in the London market and they are very much full service in the London market. They have a particular strength within a number of areas, including Corporate, Finance, Disputes and Restructuring.

This opportunity would suit someone looking to work on high value cross-border insolvency, workouts and restructurings, including debt and equity and special situation investments.

This client offers an environment in which an ambitious Lawyer can progress not only their career, but also be a key player in continuing to grow the London team.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

• Experience within a leading US or International firm
• Excellent academics
• C-3 years post qualification experience
• Strong Restructuring experience
