Your new role

You will be joining the firm as a Personal Injury Paralegal as part of the Occupational health team, where you will pro-actively manage your own caseload under the supervision of the team leader. Your caseload will be varied, dealing with EL and PL portal claims and other Injury claims along with various disease matters, including deafness, VWF, asbestos injuries, WRULD/RSI and other types of disease claims.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an LLB or LPC equivalent educated with excellent academics, ideally you will have previous experience of Personal Injury claims with have an understanding of insurance law. You will have first rate communication skills, commercial awareness and initiative to work alone as well as be a team player.
