Client

You will be working for a market-leading global name, with operations in several sectors including tech/IT and risk management services.

You will be working for an organisation which has multiple leading household brand name clients.

The organisation is hugely ambitious and in acquisitive mode globally.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's Milton Keynes offices.  You will also be able to undertake flexible working, including a mixture of working from home and also working from the London office should you so wish.

You will report directly into the EMEA Head of Legal and be part of a UK legal team of 4.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and ad hoc day to day legal matters, and dealing with all internal stakeholders including senior management and the Board on a daily basis.

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE.  Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite.  You will have worked on a wide range of commercial contracts and issues.
