Legal Services: Public Sector Corporate and Projects

A busy Local Authority in the North West of England has approached Venn Group's Public Sector Legal team to recruit a Commercial Contracts Locum to join their team on a temporary basis.
Day to day duties:
- Responsible for overseeing commercial, procurement & commissioning contracts
- Drafting development agreements, state aid agreements and various other contracts as required
- Advising the Authorities Legal and Procurement teams on commercial matters
Desirable Skills:
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant practising certificate (non-qualified candidates with relevant experience may still be considered)
- Public Sector experience
Location: North West England
Rate: Competitive based on experience
Duration: 12 months
Start: ASAP
