Professional Indemnity Solicitor

Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment have exclusively partnered with an internationally recognised professional body, who are looking to expand their professional standards department, with the additional of a confident and talented professional indemnity solicitor.

In this newly created role, the successful candidate will assist the Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel across a range of professional indemnity cases and advise accordingly.

The successful candidate will have experience working within a professional indemnity, or professional risk, department within the legal or insurance sector.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

• Managing the operation of the assigned risk pools
• Provide general casework advice to the wider professional indemnity team
• Provide claims assistance to the wider professional indemnity team
• Manage long-term projects within the professional indemnity and claims team
