My client is a multi-national law firm who are recognised by the Legal 500 for many areas of their practice. They are a forward-thinking practice with the energy, drive and determination to keep pack with their clients. They are now looking to expand within their Real Estate team by recruiting for an experienced paralegal.

The Role

You will be dealing with all aspects of plot sales process and assisting with aspects of conveyancing file. You will be dealing with but not limited to;

• Issues contract packs
• Responding to enquiries
• Attending exchanges and completions
• Part exchange purchase and sale of part exchange sales process
• Title checks
• Ordering Pre-contract searches
• Processing Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions

The Candidate

You'll bring exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, strong drafting skills and be able to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure with a natural ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally. You'll have some previous residential property experience ideally in new-build or plot sales, though this is not essential
