This leader in professional legal content, expertise and technology is looking for an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) lawyer or PSL to join its well established legal team.
In this role you, you will be responsible for:
- researching, writing, and delivering content for online publications;
- keeping up-to-date with relevant law, practice and market developments; and
- responding to queries from clients as well as attend training events and conferences.
This role would suit an experienced ECM lawyer or PSL with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, looking to make the move In-House. Although this is a full-time role, we would consider lawyers looking to work part-time.
