This is a great opportunity for an enfranchisement legal executive/paralegal to join a reputable Legal 500 firm in Brighton.
Assisting a team of solicitors, you will be drafting legal documents, organising bulk lease extension files, Tribunal proceedings, Right to Manage claims and technical leasehold issues.
You will be a legal executive or paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in enfranchisement and so you will be very familiar with this area of law.
You will have a good eye for detail and be able to handle a busy caseload.
