Highly regarded firm with a national profile are now looking to appoint a Banking Law solicitor to join their well known team. You should be at NQ - 3 years PQE.

You will have trained or gaind experience a ta comparable city firm working alongside senior partners and you will have a solid background and understanding of banking and finance.

A substantial part of the role will involve assisting on a broad range of matters including real estate finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending (for both lenders and borrowers).

You will be commercially aware, able to stand up for yourself and articulate a point of view to both internal and external clients.

You should be able to prioritise and negotiate and be comfortable handling the demands of key clients. You should also be proactive and be able to provide solutions where required.

If you have taken a seat in corporate or commercial work but have a genuine desire to progress into Banking and can demonstrate this at interview then your application will also be considered favourably.
