An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Disputes Resolution lawyer to join a global FTSE top 50 business. Flexible and home working will be considered as would part-time.
Role:
• Advising on the legal risks arising from specific disputes and supporting the resolution of those disputes on a global level
• Working alongside external lawyers to direct litigation strategy and to support the evidence gathering and investigation
• Advising on legal issues connected with new product developments/launches
• Training other departments in the business on legal issues relating to disputes and dispute resolution
• Dispute template drafting and updating
Requirements:
- UK Qualified solicitor with minimum 2 years PQE*
- Ability to manage disputes, including pre-action and formal litigation
- Confident at advising on dispute risks and their resolution
- Knowledge of technology and supply contracts, financial services regulation and data protection would be beneficial
- Training with a leading law firm or in-house
- You must be practical and commercially focused lawyer with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
