Legal Counsel (8-10 PQE) Macau - 15195/TTL

This world-renowned fin-tech company is seeking a senior banking lawyer to join its Macau office. You will support its online banking business by providing professional advice and support on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, including contract negotiations, transactional issues, policies and procedures management, and agreement drafting. Ideally, you are US/UK/SG qualified with a minimum of 8-10 years’ PQE in Macau. Candidates with law firm training plus substantial in-house banking experience are preferred. Hands-on regulatory or compliance knowledge related to the banking industry in Macau is highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin is required.
