The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will join the specialist Property Disputes team acting for landowners, developers, landlords and tenants on a variety of residential and commercial property related legal disputes including adverse possession, boundary disputes, dilapidations claims, forfeiture, service charge disputes property interests, rights of way and restrictive covenants, rental arrears and service charge disputes. Full training and development provided within the busy, friendly team of sector specialists.

Applications are invited from ambitious Property Litigation Solicitors seeking fulfilment in their next role and an opportunity to apply their skills across a challenging caseload on behalf of a blue-chip client base. The successful candidate will be dynamic, and resolution driven and possess a minimum 1 year of Property Disputes experience gained in a high street, regional or niche legal environment.
