We are looking for a Employment Lawyer to join a friendly and well regarded local authority based in London on a contract basis, with the possibility of turning into a permanent role.

As an Employment Lawyer, you will be primarily acting as a respondent in employment tribunal litigation and also providing advice on a whole range of employment related matters including:

  • TUPE
  • Pay Policy
  • Governance
  • Equal Pay
  • Redundancy procedures

You may also be required to provide advice on FOI, Data Protection and whistleblowing matters, making this a varied and interesting role.

Some flexible working can be offered for the successful Employment Lawyer.
