We are currently recruiting for a Childcare Lawyer to join a local authority based in London on a contract basis.

As a Childcare Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice on a variety of childcare matters, which may include;

  • Providing legal advice and support to clients and witnesses
  • Attending courts and tribunals undertaking advocacy when required
  • Conducting proceedings relating to the care and protection of children

This is a brilliant opportunity to get on board with an amazing, supportive team while also being offered a competitive hourly rate. The client are also willing to offer some flexibility such as working from home 1 day per week.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will be a driven Solicitor or Barrister with previous public childcare law knowledge and experience. Our client is happy to consider candidates from local government or private practice background and is open to childcare lawyers with any level of experience, be it newly qualified or senior.
