Banking and Finance Associate

A highly regarded UK firm is looking for a talented Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their successful team. The firm is recognised in the Legal 500 for their 'strong reputation' in mid-market financing matters. The role will give you as much autonomy but also support, as is needed. About the Role:

The Banking and Finance Associate will work on a variety of banking matters which will include general corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance. The Banking Lawyer will represent banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers. Incredibly successful team with outstanding client base.

Candidate Profile:

The successful Banking and Finance lawyer will be/have:

• A qualified solicitor or barrister (preferably English and Welsh qualified)
• Banking and Finance experience at an International, City or leading national practice recognised for banking work.
• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree  
• Ability to achieve continuous improvement and development  
• A team player
