We are seeking an employment solicitor looking for one to one support from a senior employment solicitor in a firm where you can progress quickly.
Our client, a reputable and long established Legal 500 law firm based in Halesowen, is looking to bolster its Employment department with the appointment of a junior employment solicitor around NQ-3 years' PQE.
This expansion opportunity offers an employment solicitor the opportunity to work very closely with a senior employment solicitor. You will be given one-to-one hands-on training to build and develop your experience.
You will be working on mainly respondent matters both contentious and non-contentious to include, but not limited to, advising on ad hoc employment law/HR queries, together with any internal disputes that arise with employees, along with assisting on more technical matters such as TUPE and discrimination issues. You will also be expected to take on some matters to include settlement agreements, redundancy and unfair dismissal.
The real pull here is that you will be working almost exclusively with a reputable lawyer. The experience you will gain will be second to none.
To be considered for this junior employment solicitor role, you must have a 2:1 law degree or above and a good training background.
