Solicitor - Personal Injury Team Leader

An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Solicitor to take on a Team Leader role with Plexus Law. This is a permanent, full time position based in Bromley.

The Role

This Team Leader role sits within the office of a client – one of the UK’s leading insurers. The appointed Personal Injury Lawyer will take on a pivotal role within the team, ensuring that the collaboration with Plexus and the client is successful.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a team of personal injury motor claims handlers and litigator
• Providing support with pre and post litigation technical direction to achieve KPTs
• Coaching and developing team members
• Conducting monthly appraisals, boosting morale within the team

Candidate Requirements
