JDI Legal are currently instructed on behalf of an established Newcastle law firm who are recruiting into their RTA team to deal with a caseload of non portal matters.
Applications are invited from candidates qualified or unqualified with a strong litigation/RTA background who can inherit a caseload of circa 200 matters with approximately 10% litigated.
The firm have excellent systems in place and rely on a case management system so IT literacy is essential.
Its a fast paced environment but with a relaxed culture and have good staff retention.
The performance bonus is incredibly generous and can attract a significant uplift to basic earnings which is unlike many other law firms in the region.
