Client Details
The client is a well established traditional law firm that services a range of clients. They have a small dedicated Commercial Property team who advise a range of clients from individuals to SME's.
Description
As the Commercial Property Solicitor you will have support from a Partner and you will work on a varied Commercial Property caseload. The work will be varied and will include sales and purchases of commercial premises, landlord and tenant work, lease renewals and more. You will be able to pick up your own caseload.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with ties to Stafford. You will be confident and running your own caseload be interested in working for a smaller traditional law firm.
