Our expanding Newbury-based client currently has a Litigation Team that is growing from strength to strength. It is now recruiting for a commercial & civil litigation solicitor with 2 years of PQE for a contract to perm role.
The client is a friendly and supportive Legal 500 firm which is developing from small to medium size.
Work will include dealing with contractual claims for a wide array of clients; corporate commercial and property disputes, professional negligence and some contentious probate.
Marketing and business development is not essential as there is a current caseload in place.
You should be, however, comfortable running your own caseload. You will work underneath partners and above junior members of the team in a position of responsibility and autonomy.
