Are you a litigation specialist looking for a new challenge?
This friendly and successful law firm is searching for a litigation solicitor or legal executive to join them in their Plymouth litigation team.
This role is unusual as will be broad to include civil and commercial litigation.
Applications are welcomed from both newly qualified litigation solicitors or legal executives and those with more experience. You could have either a civil, commercial or a mixed litigation background.
Equally, your caseload here could be varied to include contractual and commercial disputes, landlord and tenant, construction disputes, private prosecutions, commercial and residential property matters, debt recovery and data protection breaches. You could also specialise purely in civil or commercial litigation if you have a preference!
You will join a very busy team and continue the good work achieved to date.
Newly qualified solicitors and legal executives who have completed a relevant seat in litigation are encouraged to apply.
