A highly rated US law firm is looking to add a strong mid-level Real Estate associate to their exciting practice in London. The team is highly commercial, working on large real estate transactions for domestic and international investors as well as working closely with the highly successful corporate team. The firm offers a strong platform for any incoming associate to advise on premium matters, working alongside Partners in smaller teams than their City competitors to aide client contact and exposure to the work, as well as business development at all levels.
The associate that will be hired into the team will have worked within a Silver/Magic Circle or US practice advising on broad commercial real estate transactions and gaining good client contact and understand the needs of the client. The need to be commercially minded is a must as is being able to work independently and in a team.
