Corporate Immigration Paralegal

Our client is a top City firm with an excellent reputation for full service commercial advice and an impressive roster of international blue-chip clients. Our client is looking for a paralegal with circa 12 months experience to assist the team with a range of Tier 2 immigration and nationality advice to a mixture of private and corporate clients. Duties will include:

• Drafting emails of advice and completing immigration application forms;
• Drafting and preparing applications for submission to the Home Office;
• assisting the corporate and M&A group with the immigration aspects of corporate transactions; and
• assisting the employment group with the immigration aspects of employment related matters;

Our client is looking for somebody with up to 12 months Tier 2 experience gained at a top City or Big Four professional services firm. You must have solid academics (LPC / 2.1 / ABB) and excellent interpersonal skills. This is an excellent opportunity to use existing immigration experience to secure long term role with a top City player.
